Service Rate Schedule

Rates are effective September 1, 2003

Subject to applicable taxes

Standard Rate (per service person)

Applies Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.*

$40.00 - Minimum for first quarter hour

$24.00 - Each additional quarter hour

There will be a $40.00 charge if CNG's service person is unable to gain access to the premises to perform the customer requested service.

* Service during peak workload periods may require a premium rate .

Premium Rate (per service person)

After normal working hours, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

$60.00 - Minimum for first quarter hour

$36.00 - Each additional quarter hour

There will be a $60.00 charge if CNG's service person is unable to gain access to the premises to perform the customer requested service.
